RealtyBidNow, LLC is paid through a Buyers Premium.
One distinction between RealtyBidNow, LLC and many other Auction Companies is that we value the Co-Op Agents and are happy to protect their commissions!
When the property sells and closes, you earn your commission, as always!
Agent representing Seller:
An agreement is signed between RealtyBidNow, LLC and the participating Broker (Listing Company) outlining compensation to all parties as well as expectations going forward.
The Listing Company and Seller, are required to enter into a signed agreement
with RealtyBidNow, LLC, to auction the Sellers property and place listing on the RealtyBidNow.com website.

Agent Representing a Buyer:
If you are an agent interested in representing a buyer at auction you must register yourself and your client per the Broker Participation Form at least 48 hours prior to your client bidding, in order to earn your commission.
You will provide the normal buyer agency duties in assisting your client through closing.
Referrals from RealtyBidNow to Agents:
From time to time we have listing that we refer to agents in the community in which the property is listed.
On referred listings, immediate introductions are made to our seller/client and the assigned listing agent. Completion of a Referral Form will be required and the above referenced listing agent responsibilities and documents are required.
