HOW TO BID

To place a bid on a property on RealtyBidNow.com, please follow these steps:

Step 1 – REGISTER:
In order to bid, you must first register on the RealtyBidNow.com website; there you will create a Login Name and Password. At this time the “Terms and Conditions” must be agreed to.
A credit card is required to register in order to confirm that you are of legal age, and a real person; NO FEES for registering or bidding will be charged to your credit card.

The only time your credit card would be charged is:
when you bid on a property you will be charged the transaction fee
if you default on a purchase due to fault of your own

Step 2 – PLACE BID:
When you are ready to place a bid, click the “place bid” button next to the photo of the property. Here you will be prompted to enter your Login Name and Password. At that point you can enter your bid.

TRANSACTION FEE:
The RealtyBidNow.com Transaction Fee is posted on the property detail page. The transaction fee is added to your bid price to arrive at the final contract sales price. The required bid increment will be indicated on the property’s Bid Page.

PROPERTY INSPECTIONS:
It is recommended that you view and inspect the property prior to placing a bid; you may do so by contacting the listing agent (please see contact us button for contact information.)
If you do not view the property and win the bid, you will still be required to accept the property, regardless of its condition. Unless noted within the property information, all properties on RealtyBidNow.com are sold in “as-is” condition with NO Contingencies for financing or inspection.

ACCEPTANCE OF BID/OFFER:
You will be notified if you are the “high bidder.” The bid will be presented to the seller to evaluate your offer, speak with their agents and advisors, and then communicate acceptance back to RealtyBidNow.com.
Bank property sales typically require a final review and acceptance by the bank's managers. If you are the winning bidder you will receive an email notification and telephone call with instructions.
No offer shall be deemed fully accepted by the seller until a written contract has been executed by both parties.

REJECTION OF BID/OFFER:
All properties are sold “subject to seller’s confirmation” the seller reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bid/offers regardless of how that offer is made, whether or not it
exceeds the reserve price and whether or not it is the highest bid offered.

DEFAULT:
If you are the winning bidder and fail to complete the closing process due to fault of your own, you will forfeit the transaction deposit as Liquidated Damages. The transaction deposit will be split between the Seller, RealtyBidNow.com and other agent if applicable.
