As an owner and operator of a real estate franchise for many years, land developer and home builder, Jim provides excessive knowledge in order to guide his clients to a positive result. He understands all facets of the market and how to maximize a seller’s success, even in today’s challenging climate.
Jim enjoys fishing, hunting and spending time with his friends and family.
Colleen Branco:
Colleen has worked her way up in Atlanta Real Estate since 1996 where she began in property management. After becoming a licensed Realtor she moved into New Home Sales representing many of Atlanta’s top builders and developers. Colleen was recognized as a Top 20 Producer in New Home Sales by the Atlanta Board of Realtors, Million Dollar Club. Colleen has also repeatedly been recognized as a Top 100 New Homes Agent by Communities Magazine. Her knowledge in working with multi-family and new home builders, developers, and investors provides Colleen with a very well-rounded understanding of many areas of real estate.
Colleen enjoys spending time with her family, reading books, long walks on the beach, cooking and working in her vegetable garden.
